We will gladly accept the return of fully priced purchased unworn condition shoes within fifteen (15) days of purchase. After fifteen (15) days of purchase, we will not offer a refund or exchange. We cannot accept any shoe that shows signs of wear. Therefore, we highly recommend you try your shoes on while on a carpeted or cardboard surface.

Shoes and products must be in the original packaging, unused, unscathed, and returned within fifteen (15) days of purchase. There is a restocking fee associated with each return. The exception to the restocking fee is on a case-by-case basis. If your shoes are delivered damaged, please take a photo with the date and time stamp. We stand behind our product and will ensure we send you a new pair or refund you for your purchase. Shipping costs are NON-REFUNDABLE.  Shoes delivered damage must be returned within fifteen (15) days of receipt. Our QA assistant will review all returns before issuing refunds and/or credits.

We will issue an email or message informing you when we have approved and completed the issuance of a refund or exchange. Please check with your credit card company or payment service provider if you don't see your credit after seven (7) business days. Some credit card companies and payment services only issue credit in the next billing cycle, which means it can be up to thirty (30) days before you see the credit on your statement.
